Just got back from holiday in Portugal. We picked up car in Lisbon and dropped off in Faro. The whole experience was one of the easiest we've ever had. They seem to use airport on-site car parks to drop-off and pick up their cars which we found really convenient. They phoned me the day before drop off in Faro and went through what to do, then also sent me a WhatsApp with details. I was a bit worried as I was dropping off quite early at 7am - we arrived 6.50am and there was their representitive waiting for us exactly where they said. As I say all very easy. Also worth noting I booked through Zest and they obviously work together very well as that side of it was also seamless.

We have used Amoita for a number of years. They are super friendly and helpful. They have never let us down and I would throughly recommend them if going to Lisbon.

Car delivered to our hotel in Faro on time and the staff member was very efficient and helpful, for a small extra fee they agreed to collect from different address in Quarteira which was very helpful, car was very clean and tidy, can't fault anything about the service we received would definitely use them again

I have rented many cars in Portugal and by far, this was the best company. Easy to pick the car up, friendly very easy to deal with. The drop off was the same. Easy and hassle free. They contact you via WhatsApp with what you have to do and directions. Worth it !! Obrigado

Great experience using this car rental company in Portugal 🇵🇹 , would definitely use them again in the future. No issues with my vehicle at all, drove very well and I was given a vehicle report on arrival at the airport to show and marks on the car that were there previously. Great customer service and polite and friendly representative who dropped the car off at the airport and picked it up.

Several times I used this company. Used others but I keep coming back to Amoita. This is just the best car rental company. Zero aggressive upsell, professional and punctual. Great communication, transparent bills. I wished they would do more countries.

Abbiamo ritirato la macchina all'aereoporto di Faro e l'abbiamo lasciata a quello di Lisbona. Le operazioni al ritiro sono state semplici, la macchina non ha avuto alcun tipo di problema. Il personale è stato gentile. Leggete bene le istruzioni per il ritiro negli aeroporti, perché non si trovano insieme alle piu note compagnie di renting (a Faro si trovano al parcheggio 4, a qualche minuto di cammino fuori dall'aeroporto, a Lisbona di trovano dentro al parcheggio n.2, non ho visto cartelli che lo segnalassero. Note per noi importanti, non accantonano importi su carta di credito,(anche se bisogna presentarne comunque una), e non c'è sovrapprezzo per aggiungere ulteriori guidatori. Decisamente consigliato.
