The website has “free shipping site wide” posted everywhere... and when you go to the shipping section, it even says free shipping on all orders. Same day delivery if before 3pm PST. I went to place an order and accidentally submitted it without realizing I was charged $9.99 for shipping. I frantically tried to find a way to reach their support and/or cancel, but only found an email address to contact for such things. It stated that support would reply by email within 24 hours. 1. Support did not reply within 24 hours 2. It’s been 2 days without a shipping confirmation, even though it said “same day shipping if order is placed before 3pm PST” 3. I don’t understand the false advertisement

Very un happy! Bought demon headlights that don't work! I contacted them about this.they wont respond,and blocked me. This should be illegal now im out almost 700$ it says 30 day money back guarantee. But they wont respond I still have 10 days. Im soooooo upset😡
