Worth persevering if you want to feel refreshed
I bought this device having looked up about the Vegas Nerve and decided to give it a try. I have always been a light sleeper and often would get up in the morning feeling as though I hadn’t slept at all. After a week or so of daily use, I have found that I now wake up earlier but more to the point, I felt refreshed. It may be all in my head but isn’t everything. Excellent delivery time

9 months, no results
I've used the Amo fit for 9 months and have noticed zero effect. Purchased for extreme sleep deprivation and anxiety that is seemingly driven by lifelong C-PTSD. Usually I'll get in 1 calming session a day (never the focus mode), with up to 3 sessions a day. Still barely sleeping, still stuck in fight or flight most of the time.
The only positive is the ease of use. Convenient that it's a tiny wearable that you just tap a few times, but what's the point when it doesn't do what it claims to?
I keep using it in hopes that someday it will produce results, perhaps after I've done more healing, but so far it's proven useless. Expensive and very frustrating.

I’m really giving this product an…
I would like to update my review. I am giving the product four stars, even though it did not work for me. However, the company has been excellent and has extended my trial and given me more time with the product. The additional time did not make a difference for me, but I understand that everyone’s bodies are different with different products so I would recommend trying it and knowing that the company will honor their refund policy.
I’m really giving this product an honest chance. I wear it everyday for about 6-9 hours. I’ve been using it for about a month and it seems to have had zero effect on my nighttime HRV per both my Oura ring and Apple Watch. I’ll continue to use and update my review if and when I see any improvements.
