These guys all sounded good on paper, but were absolute liars. They quoted one price and said they charge by the sq. ft., then once they showed up at the new house, they decided they now charge by weight and jacked the price up by $3,000. Then they wouldn't unload my items until I paid. That, and they broke a ton of items during the move. Absolutely avoid these guys at all costs! Their very own staff even warned us they would try to rip us off, and did! Do not go near these guys or do any business with them unless you want to pay extra for breaking half of the items in your house. Stay very far away!

Total and complete scam
Total and complete scam. Bait and switch from the online seller. Salesman said they are the moving company, not a broker, but they are only a front end seller. I cancelled the move as they wanted to charge me an additional $700 for a mattress and box spring, although I confirmed everything with the rep.

They are bait and switch
They are bait and switch. I signed an agreement at 4000 to pack and move me. Then 72 hours before the move they said it would be 9000. I fired them and rented a u-haul and did the move for less than 2000. Now I want my 1140 deposit back. They told me to send a cancellation notice to their email. I did that a week ago and they have disappeared off the face of the earth. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. They took my $500 deposit with a credit card immediately. When the drivers showed up (with no truck), the quote tripled and they wanted cash, Venmo, money order or Cash App. I refused and cancelled. They refuse to return my deposit.

WORST MOVE OF MY LIFE
WORST MOVE OF MY LIFE. Before you even THINK about consenting to embarking on the horrific experience that is being bound by a contract to A&M Moving Services or their parent company EZEE Moving and Storage LLC, do yourself a favor and read the reviews and comments on the Better Business Bureau website to find dozens of carbon copy experiences that these people have been dishing out to people across the country. These Google reviews persuaded me to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I hope my review can dissuade anyone who is foolish enough to consent to this abuse. My personal experience in booking a move from Austin to Atlanta started with the initial sales person being helpful and communicative, overall being very professional and reassuring that this is a good decision. Exact words were “this will be the easiest move of your life”. Once you sign the contract and pay the initial deposit, they will block your number and force you to deal with Mahmoud and Ahmed who are the dispatch team. They are uncommunicative and unprofessional and will blame you or their crew consistently for any hiccups in this process. The move ended up costing approx 2x what was initially quoted, multiple large pieces of furniture missing or damaged, fragile boxes upside down and stacked underneath heavy boxes ( clearly marked mind you, almost comical if it wasn’t our things being actively destroyed ). The real kicker in this experience was the delivery in which the driver arrived 5 hours after he said he would, at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. They left by 12:30am with multiple boxes left outside in rain ( for us to discover the next day!! ) large table left disassembled and house left in disarray. During the two hours, Ahmed had multiple crew members walk off over money and time disputes. In the aftermath, their parting gift is their claims process which is intentionally designed with the hope that you never will get any reparations. I wouldn’t wish these grifters on anyone, so if anyone reads this, please do yourself a favor and go with literally any other company!!!!

If I could give less than one star I…
If I could give less than one star I would! I think every piece of furniture I have has been damaged by these unsavory people. The price doubled like most people here are saying and they treated us like we were scum.
Money aside from it, they treated me and my belongings like trash.
They wait till you're backed into a corner time wise and then they double the price!!! My wife took a picture of the trucks DOT number and I looked it up on FMCSA only 1 truck listed for this company (not A&M by the way) the complaints were same as on this page. Deceptive business practices and damaged items among others.....

THIS COMPANY IS UNTRUTHFUL
1. All the positive reviews are LIESSSS!
2. Notice a pattern as seen in the negative reviews
- Give you an estimate, then call you 2 days before agreed date to significantly increase the agreed amount (by this time you are in a tight spot)
- If you try to cancel, you lose a huge deposit.
3. I was lucky to have paid with my credit card so i kinda dodged a missile.
4. IF YOU ARE READING THIS.... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USING UHAUL OR PENSEKE IS WAY CHEAPER. GOOD LUCK!

Fraudulent Scam
We were completely scammed by this company. You can believe every word in the negative reviews. Our initial written ‘binding estimate’ went from $4993 to $20,000 after a ‘Quality Assurance’ call 2 days before the move after everything was packed (nothing had changed!). Jobs and lease had been terminated so we felt like hostages to the new deal. On the day of the move 2 days later, a crew of 4 very small young guys showed up wearing FLIP FLOPS to move a 3rd floor condo. They were in 2 Ryder/Budget Rental trucks …not their own ‘A&M fleet’ as we had been promised. While they were starting to load, the one guy who spoke a little English said he had to add more cubic feet, packing material and fuel costs so the new price would be closer to $30,000! We were given nothing in writing and wouldn’t agree to the new amount so they unloaded the truck, haphazardly dumped the stuff back into the condo, damaged boxes in the process …and the company refused to return our almost $10,000 deposit! Henry who provided the ‘binding estimate’ will not return our calls, texts, emails and did not respond to our request to engage in his ‘Arbitration process’ as required by law. Everything legally required by movers per the FMCSA website was NOT done! Throughout the process, they said they would accept credit cards but then wouldn’t …only cash, bank check or debit from an account…so without CC protection, we are forced to take them to court to recover our deposit. Total disaster!
