Heeeeey Kirsten, Antonie here. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I am so sorry you feel that way. Let me just clarify two things: 1. SEO doesn't provide results in 2 months. That's the nature of the SEO process. You can Google that and double-check yourself. SEO takes 3-6 months to kick in. So you didn't give us the opportunity to provide our value to you. We include the SEO timeline in our SEO plan, our emails and even on our website. Not sure why you would expect the results in 2 months? Your review is simply not valid. We provide the timelines for all our clients all the time. The fact that we have HUNDREDS of clients and only 2 negative reviews speaks a lot about the quality of our services. 2. I am not able to find your account, your website, or ANY record of you being our client. I think you left a review for the wrong agency. That is probably a different AM Marketing agency since the name is pretty common.

Hey Aleks, Antonie here. Thank you so much for leaving a review. We have 300+ clients right now - and only 2 negative reviews from clients so far. 1. First of all, we did not scam you. I offered you a refund for one month, you deliced. That was your decision. 2. We cannot refund you for the previous months because the service is provided, and you did not cancel the service. When I asked about your service cancelation, you did not provide that. You never canceled our services, so we couldn't refund you. As soon as you canceled, I offered you a refund, which you rejected. 3. We don't have your credit card, PayPal does. We are NOT able to charge your credit card - only PayPal does that, so whatever charges you got - it's from PayPal and not us. Thank you for taking the time to post this review.
