Do not buy off this company, i just purchased Dove Deodorant pack of 6 for £30.79p and they sent me one 200ml tin of deodorant. They are adamant I purchased one item, therefore I have paid that amount for one tin. I have complained but getting nowhere as they just send back generic messages. No support from OnBuy whatsoever, absolute cowboy company stealing money with false advertising on On Buy,this needs addressed as OnBuy are promoting this fraudulent company. RAGING.

I wish I had read this before I made my order. A complete and utter rip off company supported by Onbuy...do not order from this company or use Onbuy.

Scam company, advertise items at low prices, knowing they can't fulfill the order, if you are planning on purchasing from this business, then pay via PayPal or credit card so you'll definitely get your money back that way, they use platforms like OnBuy and amazon, so make sure if you purchase from these platforms, then make a complaint about this business to the platforms, as enough complaints will get the business banned from selling on the platforms damaging the business and stop them scamming people

Ordered via onbuy. Wrong product supplied. Very disappointing. Waiting for information on how I can return it and get a refund but I have little faith that I have not been ripped off.

I ordered 2 Airwick candles from Ami Ventures Inc., through the Sears.com website. I redeemed my points aquire through Sears to purchase this. I live in the US btw. Tracking number takes me right back to the Sears homepage. Contacted Sears, got a phone number for Ami Ventures 1-281-306-6787. Called the number and all I get is a busy signal. Called Sears again and they can't help me because I didn't purchase it with my credit card. So frustrating. Total SCAM of a company! They should be shut down immediately.

Scam company that should have been shut down years ago. All the marketplace companies they are selling thru are responsible; Sears, Walmart, Amazon etc. Only recourse is by opening a fraud investigation with your credit card company.

This company is apparently based in USA, so waited longer than the date they gave me upon ordering. Ordered a box of 3 optic white toothpastes. The parcel arrived ( via Evri) in a grey post bag containing 3 loose toothpastes. All were a year out of date and the use by date had been attempted to have been scrubbed out. There was no foil seal on the opening so I will most certainly not be using this product. I’ve only ordered twice with OnBuy & both times it’s been a disaster. Unsure why OnBuy allow scammers to use their platform to sell sub standard goods.

Stay away. Scam. Bought a hat and cancelled it literally 5 minutes after the purchase as the delivery date was too late. It’s been 2 weeks, havent got a refund or the product. Still waiting. Sent 3 direct messages, no solutions.
