The shipping took incredibly too long and the company was not responsive to email or phone call. The product was mediocre.

I wanted to love this, but im assuming im allergic to one of the ingredients. I had extreme chills and tingling in my hands, arms and feet. Also there were no directions, i didnt know how much to use, or how often. I may have experienced toxic overdose for using too much? (Only used 2 times in one day on my lower back) I tried to reach out to customer service about it, but never got a response. Also i purchased a full size bottle as well as a sample, i only received 2 samples. But it seems customer service is non existent.
