I haven’t yet tried the product so I can’t speak on quality yet, but I can say that I’m impressed with this company regarding shipping, communication, and customer service. I knowingly ordered a shipment that included items on back order, as this was clearly indicated on the website and during the checkout process. I received multiple emails updating me on the product fulfillment status, shipping, and delivery status. My order even arrived a day sooner than the projected ETA. There was a discrepancy upon arrival, in which I immediately emailed the customer support department and they resolved the issue in record time, and provided a coupon code for my next order. Genuinely some of the best customer support i’ve ever had. These guys are on top of their program and business and keep their prices fair for what it is and how good the product actually is. Genuinely have a customer for life! I’ve bought almost everything on their catalog and have only had positive results from them. Keep it up guys !

I purchased two vials from them and asked for COAs. They are nowhere to be found on their website. I waited for the vials to get here as they stated I would be able to review COAs that came with the products. I had to preorder my vials since they were out of stock. When I got the order, the date of manufacture was 2/2026. Why was it out of stock then? The QR code on the vials was unreadable by multiple apps. I finally found one that opened the QR to a webpage that showed, the page didn’t exist. It said page not found. I can’t trust this company that isn’t transparent. I want the COAs before I put something in my body. Be cautious if you use them. Reply to Amino club’s reply: I have requested the COAs. Your supports response was to go on the website and click on the COA link. There are no COAs for any products. I’ve checked.

Who is ISO 17025 accredited? Its not Freedom Diagnostics, not Amino Club. A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation) and ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) searched.

Hands down absolutely amazing. Products are quality with fast turnaround and delivery. The customer service team is amazing can’t say enough about Amino Club and their team.
