Takes forever to get a refund on an order that was cancelled prior to even being shipped. I cancelled my order due to back ordering on 4/28, I still have not received my refund of over $200! They said 3-1 business days, I'm not sure they will be refunding me and I may have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Also their site has constant problems making it unable to place orders.

Amino Club is great!
Amino Club is great. I've worked with lots of peptide companies, and these guys really stand out. Their prices are good- with the current May'26 discount, great! One thing that can be difficult in the world of peptides is that there are so many, it can get confusing to remember what's what. On the AC website, they've posted little paragraphs about each peptide that reminds you which one you're looking at. I've appreciated this so much! The staff have been very kind and helpful. Peptides arrive in just a couple days after shipping - love that. I'm definitely going back for more!

Order somewhere else
Ordered my product a week ago and is still "processing" emailed support to see what the hold up was and no response for 2 days now, this was my first and last time ordering through them, 0 stars

Hey,
A week in processing and no reply for 2 days isn't the experience we want for anyone. We've had fulfillment delays recently and we're working through them.
Reach out with your order number and we'll get you sorted. If you want to cancel, we'll process it right away. If you want your order, we'll see what we can do to get it moving.

These people do not give a Shit who they…
These people do not give a Shit who they sell to. Even to minors. Unethical company preying on insecure people who can’t handle what their genetics have bestowed upon them, total incel vibes.
Response:
1. The manner in which you display your products are clearly marketed for individual use, eg Breakfast of Champions. This is particularly true on social media platforms including tik tok, face book.
2.Are you 18? Is insufficient.
3. Your gaslighting response to a parent was enraging.
Second response.
1. Well I can send you the breakfast of champion picture with the link to YOUR site directly.
2. All these individual researchers are hilarious.
3. Forgive my error stating 18 year olds rather than 21
4. Your ability to use loop holes to sell these supplements to people will hopefully end soon.

Hey,
For the record, we have age verification at two points: site access and checkout. Both require the user to confirm they're of legal age. Our checkout process also asks buyers to specify their research purpose, such as academic, laboratory, or independent research, and they must confirm the purchase is for research use only. Your son filled all of that out and checked all of those boxes.
Our products are clearly labeled for research use only. That's made explicit throughout the entire process. If someone lies about their age and misrepresents their research intentions, that's not something we can control from our end.
Update to address your reply:
1. We've never used the phrase "Breakfast of Champions" anywhere. Not on our site, not on social media, nowhere. That didn't come from us.
2. Our age verification asks if you're 21, not 18. And yes, it is legally sufficient. Combined with requiring buyers to specify their research purpose and confirm the purchase is for research use only, we've done what's required.
3. Stating facts isn't gaslighting. Your son lied about his age and his research intentions. We can't verify who's actually on the other side of the screen.
Our original response stands.

Oh my goodness on everyone not cutting…
Oh my goodness on everyone not cutting them a break when their system was being updated? I ordered from them 2 times. Yes they had some issues last purchase. they answered every message. Even at 12am. My research peptides got here safely. They were nice enough to give me a coupon code. Customer service was top notch.

Amino Club fell off
Amino Club has a strong customer base due to their competitive pricing. Anymore, the other big leaguers in this peptide space are out ranking Amino Club in price, customer service and (most importantly to me), delivery times. Their processing times are significantly higher than ever; one of my orders just got shipped today and won’t be delivered for four more days, when it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I paid expedited shipping on a second order, that, again, was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. It hadn’t shipped at all. Delivery dates for that order are nebulous at best.
After their payment system fiasco, they should be trying their best to rectify the situation by, idk, giving us the product we purchased within the estimated timeframe. Same day shipping was always promised if the order was placed before a certain time, which is not the case anymore.
Amino Club has gotten very big, very fast, and they do not have the support needed to run a company this large.
At the end of the day, Amino Club will learn what keeps a customer and what detracts. For every one loyal customer, they may earn many more from word of mouth, social media, etc. I’m a detractor moving forward. For every detractor, they will lose ten or so customers. I hope they get it together. They were decent when they were a newer company. Hopefully they can get back to that.

Hey,
This is fair and we appreciate the honest feedback.
You're right. Fulfillment has been slower than it should be. We got hit hard and we're still digging out. But we've made changes on the backend and things are stabilizing. The issues that caused the delays are being addressed and we're pushing to get caught up.
We know what keeps customers and what doesn't. Fast shipping was one of the things we were known for and we haven't been delivering on that lately. We hear you.
We're working to get back to the standard we set when we started. We're not making excuses, just putting in the work.
If you ever decide to give us another shot, we'd like the chance to prove we've gotten it together.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE RIDDLED WITH LEGAL LOOPHOLES.
I'm a regular dude that works hard for his money and they're smooth trying to rip me off. At first they were apologizing for not putting my order in the mail, claiming they were running late, then after I cancelled and relied on their money back guarantee within 3-5 business days they told me after I pursued them that they under no circumstances would refund my money because they switched banking practices. BOOGUS CALCULATED MANIPULATIONS and they are counting on people to just turn away and accept their losses. DESPICABLE, SCUMMY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Headline: Refusing Cash Refunds Due to Internal Processor Issues—Forcing Store CreditAmino Club refuses to refund actual currency for unfulfilled or problematic orders placed during their "April 20th–27th lockdown window." Customer support explicitly confirmed they have locked down this period and claim they lack access to alternative refund mechanisms (like checks or wires), forcing customers into store credit.Operating in a regulatory gray area by labeling products for "research use only," they are utilizing third-party processor issues as a legal shield to retain consumer capital. If you purchased during this timeframe, do not wait for their support team to resolve it. File an immediate chargeback with your bank for "services/merchandise not received" before your statutory banking deadlines expire.
HERE'S AN ONE OF SEVERAL EMAILS THEY SENT ME
Matthew,
We understand your position and we've documented your concerns about needing a refund to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for orders placed between April 20th-27th through any method — not via check, wire transfer, or any other alternative payment method. Our previous payment processor has completely locked down that period and we don't have access to alternative refund mechanisms for those transactions. The store credit option was the only remedy we're able to offer.
We respect your decision to pursue other options if the store credit doesn't work for you.
Thanks,
Amino Club Support
YOU ALSO STATED YOU ADVISED ME TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND PERSUE RETRIEVING THE MONEY YOU OWE ME THROUGH MY BANK. YOU NEVER ADVISED ME OF ANYTHING! HERE'S THE EMAIL I SENT YOU STATING WHAT I WOULD DO IF YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME WHAT YOU OWED ME.

Subject: Re: Order Refund Request - Urgent
Dear Amino Club Support,
I do not accept store credit. Your internal banking and payment processor transitions are operational issues that do not absolve you of your legal obligation to refund my money.
Per FTC regulations, consumers are entitled to a full refund to their original payment method when an order cannot be fulfilled. If your system cannot process the refund automatically, you must issue the $133.88 via an alternative direct method, such as a paper check, PayPal, or a direct bank wire.
If you do not initiate a manual refund of $133.88 within 24 hours, I will immediately forward this email chain to my bank to initiate a chargeback for services not rendered. I will also file formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and your state’s Attorney General.
I expect confirmation of my manual cash refund by tomorrow.
Sincerely,
You obviously have enough money to continue running your business and just so happen to have my money that I sent you but you can't send me the money you owe me back because you don't have access to $133.00 . THAT'S A BOGUS LIE! You are reliant on systemic legalism to be in your favor.
Response from Amino ClubMay 15, 2026
Hey Matthew,
We understand you're frustrated, and we're sorry this situation happened at all.
But let's be clear about what actually went down.
Your order fell within a window where our previous payment processor locked us out of issuing refunds. That's not a "legal loophole" or a scheme. That's a third party we no longer work with blocking access to transactions from that period. We didn't choose this and we're not trying to keep your money.
We offered you store credit as a workaround. You declined. Totally your call.
We then told you to file a chargeback with your bank and said we would not contest it. That's how you get your $133.88 back. We said that clearly in the email you posted.
So to be direct: file the chargeback and you'll get your money back. We're not fighting it. That's always been the answer.
We're a small team that got hit with a bad processor situation. We've since switched banks and processors so this doesn't happen to anyone else. We're not perfect, but we're not scammers either.
If you file the chargeback, you'll get your refund. That's the path forward.
