Shipping quick and securely packed. Not sure if it was my mistake when ordering, or a mistake when packing, but I thought I had chosen the softener not the fragrance boost. Anyway it was, what I received was the fragrance boost, So next time I will be certain of my choice when ordering.

I would have given 5 stars, but calling it Switch away when it is Melaluca is a bit dishonest.

I have not tried everything yet. I have used the sei Bella rice and amaranth shampoo and love it. I am going to order the clarifying shampoo next, expect a review. I like the melaluca detergent, they did send the mountain scent when I ordered no scent but I don't think it smells like anything. It caused no problems for my sensitive allergy skin. I will be ordering the brighter and softener. Using the dark circle serum but have not formed an opinion yet due to my inconsistent use of it. Used the tub and tile. I liked that it didn't have a burny chemical smell, no burning eyes but if my shower was really dirty I feel like it would not have cut it. I am going to try the general cleaner on the shower floor. So far customer service has been pleasant, especially for setup. I did call for some product detail before my second order, the agent didn't seem to really know the products but was super nice and kinda fumbled through it with me. Looking forward to my next order.

It seems like the lady that signed me up was readily available to respond to my texts, etc., before I signed up. Once I signed up, it seems like she’s busier than she was before. I got my first box today. I am disappointed that the Seibella Products do not have the directions on the package itself ( Except for the shampoo and conditioner) The type is so small on the box that it takes a magnifying glass to read it.

Took three hours on the phone to place order with the representative. I would have liked to look over the website be for he had me on the phone for so long.

Knowing that we have a company that supports America and American products and those who work so hard for their families is most important. I am still in the process of trying out the products sent to me, so far I really like the skin lotion. It's cold and dry where I live right now. I also like the the shampoo and conditioner. I am NOT so happy with the products containing xylitol, it's toxic to pets. I do not wish to be sent products with that in them. You need warnings about that or find something to replace xylitol. Lynette the person I spoke with has been very friendly and informative.
