While we went to stay we entendés a three night stay but from he desk to register All went down hill quickly we didn't even end up staying the first night we left with a surprisingly nad taste and feeling in your mouth and stomach the front desk person charged us threw times the resort fee that had been originally told us 22.00.dollara a. I questioned this and she gave me he'll and a bad attitude that scared my wife the we went to our room and what originally started out and looked beautiful was tai ted by rude unprofessional and nasty staff they were mouthy and disrespectful to my wife who is disabled and caused much embarrassed t when we asked if they had a wheelchair she had gotten tired just so I could go get hers they said we are not hospital i was furious there's no need to be disrespectful well were not I get it you can leave now she sat on a chair I went to get her assistive device upon my return she was crying and not where I leff her she wanted to leave I was pissed d wanted to kick someones ass but i took her to our room what happened she said someo s approachsd her and said if she was not playing games.zhe could not be on the floor and she told them she was just waiting for her chair so she could continue to say and they proceeded to tell her to go waite by the elevators then 😒 wtf this is uncalled for so she did then she said they followed her and whispered loud enough for her to hear that handicapped lady should of stood to home what the hell kind of people work their prejudice and discriminative I was sure someone would Have seen it on the million cameras there I cannot believe what started out to be a beautiful day to a nightmare in the middle of the day we packed our belongings And left didn't even stay the one night we downsized to be cause I would rather lose a few hundred bucks the mKe my wife feel old and lesser a person for being disabled I am disgusted G the behavior or Darrell he Said his Name was Nancy and the lady T the desk whom charged us fees we should not have paid . Don't go here at he Ameristar in Black hawk Colorado you'll leave feeling robbed of money and dignity. This must be why they say no money back for cancellations or not finishing your stay her.your money not your return business what a waste.oc.tims.and such beautiful place it's a shame .

On Friday I decided to go to Ameristar Casino & Hotel in Gary Indiana, I received information that Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, it was double jackpot if you win $5,000 or less, when I entered the machines were let up like it was Christmas, there were japots in the floors of 2nd & 3rd, really large jackpots, come to find out from an employee he explained that Ameristar had invited gamers from different City's to participate in this, well, let me tell you they were playing $ 100- 700 a pull, it was jackpots on each floor in every stretch of the casino, these were people lots of them that had I ever seen, 4 guys jackpots were 5 each ranging from $10,000 to $5,000 out of these 4 guys they got a total of $50,000 that night, it was like the machines were programed, then upstairs, they where winning $25,000 5 people, this casino had never paid like this in my history of casino visits, all the money we as loyal customers had built these jackpots up for months were just spreaded like dust in the air to these high rollers from other states, it was( a slap in our face) the regulars were very angry, if the didnt have over $ 300,000 IN JACKPOTS THEY DIDNT HAVE $5.00. WELL went Saturday and there was an announcement that due to the casino allowing these extra large payouts, and they went back to there City's on Saturday, we had to suffer the loyal customer's because they had over budget so the jackpots of double payout was canceled for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We'll they should be ashamed of they way they treated regular customers and then gave us no chance of redemption of even catching a japot to get double. By the way the jackpots are so few the paper that they supply telling which slots hit only had half a sheet, so then they come from out of town, take our jackpots, after months of agony and lost and cancell on us poor little customers. They are filing class action suits and I will be a part. THIS WAS A SLAP IN THE FACE!!!!

I have had the compressor replaced twice and 2 capacitors.. I’ve had issues with this unit within 2 months of purchasing home .. the associates are rude no one wants to assist or take responsibility in faulty system.. every year it goes out for something now it’s the compressor again and they won’t assist ..health at risk and they do not care

I am not able to get them. None of their support works. I have lot of money invested. Does anyone know their phone number where I can reach them.

I opened a CD with Ameristar in 2-24. They stopped posting monthly interest in June. Numerous texts, emails, and phone calls have not been returned. Now their phone is "unavailable." Beware.
