Exceptional Customer Service

I recently invested in AmeriStar's High Yield Certificate of Deposit, and I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. Alec, one of their customer representatives, went above and beyond to address my concerns and guide me through the investment process. The personalized attention and professionalism make AmeriStar stand out. Highly recommended!

Jeremy, Your were application was rejected by AmeriStar, because you are not an accredited investor. Our last email to you was; Actually, the firm that conducts accreditation checks can do a soft check, with just an email. Legally, its not as if we can just accept an investors word as truth that they are an accredited investor when dealing with a 506(c) issuance. We do of course provide our information on our offering, our prospectus is available freely to download on our website. Unfortunately we cannot accept you as an investor if we cannot verify that you are an accredited investor. In the near future, we will most likely roll out a Regulation A Offering that will have no such constraints. I would advise you to subscribe to our mailing list to be kept informed. Your profession is a Fitness Trainer of www.maximumvelocityathletics.com , which is great, but it also makes you not an accredited investor. We don’t make the rules, the SEC does. We have to follow all compliance regulations. After we informed you that you could not open an account, we gave you the opportunity to submit a form so that we could attempt to verify your accreditation standards, and you refused. We went above and beyond to try and help you, but its clear that you are not accredited, and therefor cannot invest in SEC Regulation D 506(c) investments. To any potential investors reading this, it’s quite becoming that all negative reviews associated with AmeriStar, are from investors who were refused applications to open accounts.
