Wonderful Waycross team! I needed to get some paperwork notarized today and the assistant branch manager Tiffany Proctor was very patient and went through the paperwork with me.

Donna Lunsford at the McDonough
Donna Lunsford at the McDonough, Ga branch is always so helpful. We have stayed with Ameris Bank even after moving to Ellijay, Ga because of her. I wish all bank employees were like her. As long as she is employed there we will remain with Ameris Bank.

Great Local Service
Banking with Ameris Bank has been extremely positive. After banking with a larger national bank, I have found the local service from Ameris Bank to be refreshing. My banker, Kathy is the best!

Great Bank with Great Style
I bank online and at the bank in the town I live in. Ameris Bank is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have about my accounts. I never have to wait for long periods of time to speak to a live representative on the phone, which is a big plus for me. Ameris Bank is much more personalble. They know who I am when I pull through the drive thru window. I receive great customer service from Ameris.

LaDonna Rodriguez at the Palmetto…
LaDonna Rodriguez at the Palmetto Branch in Palmetto Florida (941-981-6026) was beyond helpful. She canceled my old debit card and issued me a new one and got me approved for a new credit card all within 20 minutes ! Everyone at this bank is always super nice and helpful. I’ve banked here for 15 years and have always been happy with the service ! I highly recommend this bank !

Service at it's finest!
Every time I visit the Buckhead location it makes me glad that I have an account with this bank. The customer service is literally stellar! Even the atmosphere feels light and welcoming. Neda, Terri, and Chris have all assisted me at different times and the consistency in professionalism is so awesome! Bravo TEAM!

I have banked with Ameris in Atlanta…
I have banked with Ameris in Atlanta for several years. I have a checking account that pays me a small amount of interest with no cost to me. There is never a wait to use a teller and their ATMs have been reliable. I have never had a problem that they didn't take of immediately.
