Americaware, Inc.Reviews of americaware.com

I love the products and with the fast delivery it was excellent. I would certainly recommend this seller.

Over the past 20 years I have always received a quality product from retail outlets or ordering directly from Americaware. The mugs and cup represent memories of my travels.

My mugs are beautiful and well priced. In addition, my shipment came quickly, and I was discovered that one of the mugs came broken. I contacted your customer service and had a quick answer that they would send another one. it was in my hands within a week. Thank you!

On a trip to Yellowstone looked everywhere for Yellowstone slipper socks, no luck. Checked online and found these for me, my daughter and DIL to remember our fun trip. Quick shipping and love them!

When my order came in one of my mugs (out of five) was the wrong series. I called Americaware and they said they would ship out the correct one and to keep the incorrect one. I thought this would be a long wait and would have to call back and inquire about the mug I was owed. It came within the week! I was so happy with customer service that I called them to let them know. From the beginning to the end it was a seem-less process and they were very accommodating!

I've purchased about 10 relief, etched, and duo-tone mugs through the years. Americaware has not disappointed me with the artwork and quality of the mugs. The company packs the mugs in bubble wrap so they won't break or chip. Also, the mugs provide wonderful memories of places I've visited every time I pour a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. They are also great conversation pieces when I have guests. I look forward to when Americaware expands its selections of states and national parks.
