A great customer service experience. The website wasn't for me and I asked to cancel it a day late and was still given a refund. Deducting a star because the section of the website for managing your account needs a lot of work. It doesn't tell you dates for when the month started or when the next month will renew, and you have to email them to cancel instead of clicking a button.
