It is a total scam. Watch out for Lena, Travis, and Jack. They use a sophisticated scam technique where they seem to be honest and work in the beginning and then drag things out and give you a contract that looks real. They ask for money for things that seem legitimate. The contracts are fake, the things they say they do are mostly fake. They only do work in the beginning to hook you. They prey on authors. Stay away.

A COMPLETE SCAM! These people are reprehensible! Don’t go anywhere near them. They will outright lie, make promises they have no intention of keeping, and when it comes to marketing books they are beyond incompetent. I paid a sizable fee for ABW to market a kids book with outstanding reader reviews, but after eight months they hadn’t sold even a single copy. Not one! What’s more, the contract called for a full refund if the sales commitment wasn’t met, yet they refuse to honor that contract. They even issued a receipt claiming to have processed the refund when, in fact, the receipt was phony, like everything else about these people. I also paid additional fees for web services which (big surprise!) they refuse to honor or support as well. Furthermore, they don’t even respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. That is to say they are spineless as well as being consummate rip-off artists. Actions that are illegal, unethical, and highly unprofessional, all of which adds up to an F rating with BBB. Steer clear!

still have not returned my $8000 to my credit card as they said they would do and also send me email confirmations. It was gonna get done!!!!!!!  this company will improve and become better business people when they keep their word and don't lie to the customers just to get them to spend a hot earn money on something that they know they can't do! My experience indicates that this company operates as a predatory entity, exploiting inexperienced authors through deceitful business practices and unfulfilled promises. Initially, they entice authors with assurances of significant exposure through reputable media outlets, only to deliver content of questionable value, purportedly generated by artificial intelligence, and posted on obscure online platforms. Further aggravating their unethical practices, Americas Writing Books pressures clients into additional financial commitments to gain access to more prestigious publications. This pattern of behavior is misleading and manipulative. Additionally, their advertised refund policy, which promises restitution should sales targets not be met, is blatantly disregarded and proves to be another facet of their deceptive operations. Given these severe discrepancies and the potential for widespread harm to many aspiring writers, I am actively pursuing this matter with the California Attorney General’s Office. I believe that immediate action is required to investigate and potentially halt Americas Writing Books’ operations to prevent further exploitation. I urge potential clients and relevant regulatory bodies to approach Americas Writing Books with extreme caution and to consider the significant evidence of their malpractices, which jeopardize not only financial investments but also the aspirations of novice authors.

It's important for you to understand that all of the positive reviews that you read about this company are fake. Look at the dates that the positive reviews are posted - they come in clusters. They stay afloat by using fake 5 star reviews to trick people into sending them money. Americas Book Writing is a criminal enterprise. How they haven't been shut down yet is unfathomable. I beg of you to not fall for the scam.

Americas Book Writing.com advertises a two week turn around and I signed a contract in April 2024. My book was finally published in October 2024. Now they are pressuring me for a very expensive marketing package. I do not recommend using this company.

since last Friday, October 5, I have not heard from this company by telephone as Mr. Jeffrey Anderson, told me he would be calling me back to give me an update about the best seller roadmap marketing in plain that the crooked Mr. Chris Morris sucked me out of mine $8000 with his flattering words convincing me that I was going to receive $555,000 royalties the second week of December because he said America's book riding is responsible to pay all of this money at one time because they entered into a contract with me!!! but I'm telling you please don't spend your money with this company, because they'll lie to you and tell you that you're gonna receive confirmation emails and reports, and I'm telling you the truth that it is a lie lie lie from the pizza hell, and you will be very frustrated going through what I'm dealing with right now as a blind man who has spent $11,000 now with this company in the last two years!!!!!!! I'm gonna keep giving you reviews as I deal with this stuff daily because I have no results, no book sales, no royalty checks has came to this day and it's been 10 months already into this contract. I've only 12 months people!!! I asked anybody to reach out to me first and let me tell you who are the true business people that can help you get royalties and really get paid and make your best seller because this company does not know what they're doing!!! Again you must look out for the names, Chris Moores, Jack Wilson, and Mr. J Cooper, who they claim is the top marketer, and they're gonna always make excuses to hide behind voicemails and say that they always dealing with some kind of emergencies with their families, sicknesses, or they were feeling under the weather, just so they could avoid you and not tell you what's going on!!!!!!! I am so frustrated, and I hate that I even took the time to spend my $8000 with this company back in January 2024!!! But these people will be handled and sued real quick in a short time I guarantee you that and expose all over different website and different social media sites and also we're gonna put it in the papers in San Francisco locally so people would know this company is a scam!!!!!!!

I paid $3,000 for a book promotion campaign. That was on June 11,2024. They have a money-back guarantee that they would sell 1500 books within three months. THEY BARELY SOLD ONE!!!! That also tried to get me to pay for more services every time I spoke with them. They have not responses to my emails and the company that does their billing, Acex Technologies does not answer phone and their web contact app does not work.
