UPD: they gained access to our Facebook and LinkedIn pages and deleted our access to them. After charging us 8000$ they even intend to harm your business not only left you with no money . SCAM ALERT – American Web Design Studio Is a Fraudulent company I paid $8,000 to American Web Design Studio for Social Media Marketing (SMM) and community building services in December 2024 — and it turned out to be a total scam. I regret that I didn’t read reviews here before paying them They never delivered the community building work they promised and have refused to return any part of the payment. Over the course of three months, they managed four platforms — and we gained zero followers, zero reach, zero engagement. Absolutely no results. Michal, the so-called manager, was extremely intense and pushy when trying to get me to pay — following up constantly, making promises, and applying pressure to close the deal. But the moment the money was transferred, he disappeared completely. Since then, it’s been nearly impossible to get any response or accountability. The SMM work they did provide was generic, low-effort, and worthless — nowhere near the $5,000 they claimed it was worth. No strategy, no growth, no impact. And to make it worse, the company appears to not even exist in any real, verifiable way. No proper business address, no reliable contacts, no legal accountability — just a front to take your money and vanish. Avoid this company at all costs. They are fraudulent, dishonest, and running a scam.

BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. PLEASE REVIEW ALL OF THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY - MANY ARE FABRICATED. THE BAD REVEWS ARE TRUTHFUL. ALSO VIEW THEIR WEBSITE - ALL OF THE CLAIMS THEY MAKE ARE FALSE AND ALL OF THE TESTIMONIALS ARE ALSO FAKED. THEY CONTINUE TO TRY TO FLAG OUR COMPLETELY TRUTHFUL REVIEWS HERE, AS WE ARE EXPOSING THEM AND HINDERING THEIR ABILITY TO CON AND STEAL AS THEY HAVE FROM US. THEY STOLE OVER $5500 OVER SEVERAL MONTHS, WHILE CONSTANTLY ATTEMPTING TO EXTORT MORE. THEY THEN DESTROYED OUR WEBSITES AFTER WE REFUSED TO PAY THEM ANOTHER $5K. THEY THEN STOLE OUR FIVE DOMAINS THAT WE HAVE OWENED FOR MANY YEARS AND REREGISTERED THEM IN PAKISTAN. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULNET, HAVE NO OFFCES AT ANY OF THE LOCATIONS THEY HAVE FRADULENTLY CLAIMED - WE HAVE BEEN TO THE LOCATIONS AND HAVE PROVEN THIS FACT. THEY ALL USE FAKE NAMES TO TRY FOOL PEOPLE INTO THINKING THEY ARE ALL AMERICANS AND A THAT THEY ARE A U.S. REGISTERED COMPANY, AS THEY ALSO FALSELY CLAIM. THEIR PHONES ARE ALL FORWARDED THRU VOIP'S. THEY HAVE NO LEGAL PRESENCE OR OFFICERS OR ANYTHING THE U.S. (We have repeatedly asked Trust Pilot to make this company provide their actual business license and also to confirm the lies on their website and explain what they have done to us and thus far they have done nothing. Trust Pilot has forced us several times to have to identify ourselves and yet they allow this company - not even a real company - to use their website to fool people. Sad.) DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ONE DOLLAR! THEY ARE CLEARLY A FOREGIN CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. There are current criminal investigations against them now by: The FBI, The DOJ, The FTC, two local Police departments and more. Ask them for their business license, their office location, their real names, etc. They will lie. CONTACT CRIMEWHISTLE @protonmail.com, and they will provide all documentation and proof of the crimes: Our contracts and payment to them; Our contract and invoices from GoDaddy, proving the Domains are ours and always have been ours; Dialogue in emails and texts with these people, proving their fraud; Registration of Domains in Pakistan; Copies of pages from the destroyed websites.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away from this scam of a company.

Our old website was outdated and clunky, but American Web Design Studio breathed new life into it. They completely revamped our online presence with a fresh, modern design that’s both visually appealing and easy to navigate. Their creative approach and deep understanding of web trends were impressive. They also made sure the site was optimized for search engines, which has significantly increased our traffic. The project was delivered on time and within budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

At one point in my life I was a wiz at the computer. Not any longer. Time tends to erase so many life-experiences. When I was introduced to Mary Brian at American Web Designers, I felt an enormous glimpse of hope and she did, indeed, follow through with all her promises. I'm a folk artist and artists can often be too demanding. Mary was patient, understanding, and ever willing to produce a website that I would be proud of. I highly recommend Mary and can assure you that she is easy to work with. Throughout the process of creating the site, she gave constructive suggestions stemming from her years of serving the community. When you can no longer accomplish projects that have become "over your head" - I put forward the talents of Mary Brian to solve issues you can no longer manage. Mary has been a blessing in my life.
