We hired American Web Designers to revamp our website with a new layout, easier navigation, improved images, and better product descriptions. During the sales process, we were told the project would take 2–3 weeks. Instead, the work was outsourced to a third party in another country, communication became extremely limited, and very little actual work was completed. Most interactions seemed focused on trying to upsell additional services rather than delivering the project we had already paid for. It has now been over three months, and the website redesign remains incomplete. I have requested a refund multiple times, but my messages have largely gone unanswered. Based on my experience, the company failed to deliver on the promised timeline, communication was poor, and customer service after payment was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend them.

The absolute worst experience! The took more than $2,000.00 and I have nothing to show for it. Excuses of new management, new ownership, bankruptcy, etc. A year and a half later they still contact me to try to resolve the issue. The only issue I have is not refunding my money. Did they really think a year and a half later I would not have created a website elsewhere? I never leave negative reviews, but beware of this place. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

We hired them for a custom website project. The design turned out clean, modern, and works really well across all devices. It did take about a week longer than the original timeline, but they stayed communicative throughout. They really took our feedback seriously and delivered a site we’re genuinely proud of. Happy with the outcome!

Dont use these guys. And for reference avoid any company with a foreign accent. They are all the same. They'll say anything to get your money and do everything but complete it. Your website will have issues and they'll ask for more money to fix a problem they created. I've been through two companies spoke to many project managers and they all follow the same play book. My website Standoutfans.com has been in "development" for over a year and it's still not ready. They're asking me to pay $800 for an SSL certificate which thankfully I did not. After I rejected it they offered to give me acess to all the essential keys like the cpanel, server, hosting, which I should have had since the beginning.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I was contacted by this company by a Rose Marshall, even though she has an accent suggesting that is not her real name, asking me if i needed help and that i was a client. So I called the number on the website and spoke to a man claiming to be Ricky Anderson. He claimed he has never heard of Rose. When I questioned his accent he said he was Iranian and that was a normal Iranian name. (This is a foreign criminal enterprise, conducted by people in different countries who clearly don't know what each other is doing.) Even though the website lists offices in St. Louis, when asked, Ricky said they have offices in Los Angeles and Texas. All lies. We have confirmed they have no offices there and we can't seem to locate any legal business license for them anywhere in the U.S. As there website appears to be the same construction and type as the others we now believe these people are connected or are the same as the other fake, fraudulent companies that we have helped to expose, after being ripped off of not only money, but our websites and domains as well. Please view our reviews here of American Web Design Studio (They have tried to change their name to American Webs Design Studio, in order to attempt to fool.) Also view State Designers and Name Cheap. So now they are trying to cheat people being American Web Designers These people are all the same or at east connected. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. ASK THEM TO PROVIDE A BUSINESS LICENSE AND THEIR REAL LOCATION AND IDENTIFICATON. THEY WILL LIE. BE CAREFUL!

This company is trash and it will lie and steal your money. I started for with a guy name Ricky then I went to a dude name Sean. Save your money these people will rip you off. I keep calling the guy Sean about fixing my website and SEO services but he stopped answering the phone like Ricky

My experience has been awful. I am wondering if they went out of business. They do not respond to my communications and I can no longer get into the admin site to make corrections. I've been locked out. Thousands of dollars wasted. I hired a professional "angel" who simply informed me that I'm out of luck. There was nothing he could do to help me because I've been blocked - not allowed to change my password. PLEASE!!! Don't give them a cent!

Shitty and scammers.. Dont hire, you loose money and your website will be suspended and they wont work on it nor respond to calls or messages. They promise under the sun everything and you get shit.
