Definitely would not recommend this company! They have dodged my calls and not provided me with information I have already paid $500 dollars for! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! And they now will not answer any of my calls! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I had a really disappointing experience with American Web Arena. The sales pitch sounded great, but once payment was made, the level of attention and urgency dropped fast. Deadlines were missed with little explanation, and I often had to chase someone down for updates. When work was delivered, it wasn’t aligned with what we discussed—several key requests were overlooked, and revisions took far longer than they should have. The process felt disorganized, and I ended up spending more time managing them than they spent executing. If you’re looking for reliability, transparency, and professional follow-through, this wasn’t it. At the end of the day, they took my money and hid.

Hi Albert, We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. Your experience does not reflect the standard of service we aim to deliver. From the beginning, our team worked according to the agreed scope and timelines. In projects involving multiple revisions and evolving requests, timelines can sometimes shift, especially when additional changes are introduced beyond the original agreement. That said, we always aim to communicate clearly and keep our clients updated throughout the process. We certainly did not “hide” after payment. We remained available via email and support channels, and we are still open to resolving any outstanding concerns. Client satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we take feedback seriously. If there are specific deliverables you feel were not addressed, we welcome the opportunity to review them and find a fair resolution. We invite you to contact us directly so we can work toward a constructive solution.

I usually skip reviews, but honestly, American Web Arena earned this one. They didn’t judge any of my random questions and got my site online way faster than I expected.
