All agents have been courteous and our screening reports arrive quickly. In the 1 or 2 cases where time was needed to gather info., I was kept informed of the progress.

Excellent service to screen applicants to rent one of my apartments. I call in the prospective tenant's data and the report comes to me the same day. . Information includes credit status and any eviction history, if existing. I highly recommend their service. It certainly helps avoid any headaches by taking on a problem tenant.
