Was easy to order but the communication about ETA needs a lot of improvement.

Thank you for the feedback, working with material handling equipment, especially used equipment, can sometimes create problems for our lead times, we are constantly trying to create ways to provide accurate lead times and get orders to our customers on time and be as transparent as possible. We will continue to work on this in the future.

Sales people push the sale with little…
Sales people push the sale with little knowledge or support after the purchase. After we paid we were continually pushed off on delivery dates. Conveyor was old technology with old leaking drives, belting was unacceptable mismatched end of life belt. Wish I would have purchased a new conveyor, would have cost the same amount after all upgrades and repairs

Bill, Andy your salesman has been with us for almost 20 years. We are always here for any after support. The terms were 50% deposit with order and balance COD. We sell used conveyors and horizontal sliderbeds you bought were Rapistan. Each unit was custom built to your exact measurments which were very specific. It takes time. We sold you the unit in Dec 2018. In April you had a leak. We sent you a replacement motor and new seal kit. This was no charge and well after the 30 day guarentee. I don't know of what upgrades you may have done? We have been selling Pre-owned conveyors for almost 30 years. We are a family owned company and hope you try us again! Thank you for the feedback.
