American StairliftsReviews of americanstairlifts.com

The representative responded to my service call very quickly. Someone was at my door the next day. When the product involves personal safety, that is [very important.

It works great and all the people involved are wonderful

Professional, efficient and easy to understand

Everything from the first phone call to them was effortless. No waiting, prompt appointments made, very clear follow ups and communication skills were top notch!! Highly recommend this company.

Love that i can now go into my basement without any worries. Quick installation time.

American Stairlift were quick to respond and show me their product. Everyone was very polite and professional. They installed quickly with no damage to the house. Thank you.

I was so nervous and hesitant to admit I needed a stairlift due to my poor mobility. It actually was preventing me from going down the stairs alone and always terrified of falling. I saw American Stairlifts great reviews and called. Carl the sales representative was very patient and helpful in making my decision. The installation was done perfectly and they even had me go up and down using the chair numerous times knowing how nervous I was. I am writing this review now after going out to my porch on my own. The freedom this has given me as a 63 year old women who went from being depressed to feeling confident and proud to say I invested in myself. This is not just a company. The people and faces you see are kind and patient and are there for your needs. I highly recommend them. Angela 💛
