Great professional support knowledge and easy to work with!! Great experience!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Rick Sanchez, who exemplified true professionalism during the entire progress of undergoing the publishing of my daughter's book. As a person who didn't have too much knowledge of the process of publishing and editing a book, Rick assured me that he would work with me through the process. He was very knowledgeable, patient and concern of my questions and handle every single thing professionally. I appreciate Rick's time and effort of keeping me a happy customer even when I became stress over some issues with the book. I highly recommend Rick Sanchez and his team to assist anyone with interest of publishing.

The communication was lacking detail. They were a number of mistakes I had to go back to them to have fixed. I expressed my disappointment to the owner with no response, when she stated she would let me know. I am new to this experience and it seemed as though I really did not understand what the time frame was to completion. They missed several deadlines they promised. But when it came to upselling other products they were all over it. I cannot recommend this company, they seem not to really care about the author. I had to use my own ingenuity to resolve issues of content and formatting. I have not seen the final product yet. But I am hoping to be pleasantly surprised, but not confident.

I greatly appreciate Stephanie Nicole and the wonderful team at The American Publishings for guiding me so diligently through the publishing process, which is quite extensive. I am very happy with the final product and feel secure they are going to promote it beautifully.

They have been nothing but patient and polite, even when I was indecisive. Hannah Austin, the person working with me, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is sweet and knows exactly how to get my ideas down the way I want them. I couldn't ask for a better publisher and I would recommend their service to anyone who is just starting up with their books. I can't thank them enough for making my dreams come true 🥹

This place does not exist they are a total SCAM. Don't waste your money. The address they give is a bank called East West Bank in California only.
