I have been a long-time customer, spending hundreds of dollars on seeds. The customer service at American Meadows has deteriorated significantly lately. They redesigned their website and customers can no longer access their purchase history. When I requested that they send me my purchase history, their new "AI Agent" claimed it could not find any records of my past purchases. This is unacceptable. I will shop elsewhere for seeds in the future.

Plants were suspect. A couple of them looked much too small, and had barely any roots, like a newborn infant that can't keep their head up (they didn't make it). maybe 40-50% of them appeared healthy and had a chance of actually taking root and flourishing, but for the price I paid, it's too low. I have purchased hundreds of pounds over the last few years. Never having good results. I often felt it was me, but now I am convinced their seed is not what they claim. Also, I had a crazy amount of Rag Weed come up in the areas I planted. I’m not sure if their seed had something to do with that too, just more in those areas.

Wildflower seed mix produced and is doing great! Unfortunately so many foxtail in the seed. Not animal friendly!

Ordered plants. Four of them arrived dead. I wrote noting their guarantee, and then sent me two plants (not four) to replace them. One of the two replacements arrived dead. So I’ve learned my lesson: just go to the local garden store!
