Hi Guys I am having to rate my purchase this way as the 2 requests for rating my purchase didn't work so here goes. My rating for my purchase one denim vest /cut off, this is a well made product, fit's me well and I reckon I will have years of wear out of it the only disappointment is that the zip has been fitted on it for a female and not a male which is a little awkward but not life threatening and that it is the only hang up other than that a great purchase, star rating I am giving you a 4 even with the zip problem, but that is good for me as I do not or very rarely if ever give 5 stars so 4 is excellent.

Happy overall with purchase. After requesting help with updates I was able to see movement of my order. Shipping took a few weeks. The hoodie I ordered looks great. Fit is exactly as expected. I will order more in future.

I am a new customer to ALR. First let me tell you about myself. I am a mature gay man who has been riding about 30 years. I only ride as I donated my car to charity in 2015 to reduce my carbon footprint. I don't necessarily fit completely into the biker "type" but I love my bike, the wind, the freedom, and the independence I feel when I ride just like any other biker. I learned about ALR via a Facebook ad and, though I was wary, decided to order new saddle bags for Piglet, my bike, and 2 pairs of retro/steampunk sunglasses. The saddle bags arrived in about 2 weeks, give or take a few days, and we're a little smaller than my old zipper top ones. The large flap top and easier quick release closures on my new ones, though, provide just about the same interior storage space so I think they will work out well. I have not yet received my sunglasses but look forward to their arrival. I'm not in a big rush so I'm enjoying the anticipation. Sometimes instant gratification is overrated. It's like the anticipation of Christmas or a vacation. If you let yourself see it as part of the experience, it can be as much a pleasure as when the item(s) arrive and you get to open them. You get me? Anyway, I had no problem getting answers to my inquiries regarding my orders status via email. Their representative(s) replies were prompt, friendly, and informative. I have not, therefore, had reason to call them but, for the disgruntled reviewers who whined about not being able to reach them, get over it, Dudes, take a few deep breaths and remember you are not the center of the universe. If you ride your bike like that I expect I'll be seeing your obituary sooner than later. You can be an old biker or bold biker but you can't be both. Take a few minutes to think about that. I gave the review 4 stars because I think there is always room for improvement. The website is a little busy and slow to load which makes navigation mildly annoying but, patience is a virtue that is sometimes hard for the very young to grasp, so let it load, browse around, and see if you can find that treasure for which you've been looking. If you're not satisfied I am sure the folks at ALR will do all they can to make it right. But, if you're just looking for someone to kiss your behind, maybe you need to seek help of a different sort. I know I will continue to keep ALR on hand for future purchases as I think we have a similar philosophy. Getting from here to there doesn't have to suck if you take the time to look around, maybe burn a bowl, and enjoy the ride. It'll be over before you know it. Peace, Lincoln AKA: Danny's Boy

I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a leg bag. It didn't take too long to get to me and it looked like the pic. If I see something else I like I will order from them again.

I've bought alot of thing's from American Legend Rider and being a biker I can that their product is tuff and their service goes above and beyond.

I made an impulse purchase one night. Getting two more pair of the skull earrings. One skull for each of my three daughters and the fourth for me. I’ve been struggling financially lately and took stock and thought that money would be better spent on groceries. Completely embarrassed I sent a text the next day and asked if my order could be canceled. Much to my surprise a text message was sent later that day asking how could they help. After I explained the next day the order was canceled and the money was returned to my account. Honestly I was floored. I couldn’t been more happy with the service. As soon as some money comes in, I’m getting those ear rings. Thanks again a customer for life Bobby

Love the boots but was expecting a leg bag with my order but do like the boots would still like my leather leg bag.

Not installed yet but they look real nice can't wait to install them thanks guys
