I ordered a pair of leather pants in a size 6 and was sent a size 2. I emailed them within 6 hours of making the purchase to tell them not to send me the wrong size but they didn’t answer my email and sent the wrong size to me. I have tried to call them.and the fake phone number doesn’t work!!! Rings twice then hangs up! I would like a refund! Give me your return address !

Anonymous company with terrible customer service. Quality the items are very low. Impossible to reach someone if there is a problem. There are so many other options out there. Avoid at all costs There are so many other options out there. Avoid at all costs

Horrible Company. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. They have not refunded my money for a defective Vest I bought nearly 6 weeks ago. It was sent back to them nearly 3 weeks. UPADATE: Some time after submitting this review, I was refunded. I had to make several requests as stated.

I just got this Email. "Order #3***** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded." I didn't cancel this order! Not pleased and I did not enjoy being gaslighted by these people one bit! If you don't want to give out free stuff or run out just say that then! If this is how you run your business I'm never going to be interested in anything you have and I'd never trust you for anything after this and will be sure to pass this on to anyone I know!

I purchased a shirt from this company and they stated on the website that they provided next day shipping. It’s been 8 days and they still haven’t shipped my order. I tried calling the customer service number and it has been disconnected! I didn’t read the reviews about this company until after I made a purchase! Do NOT order anything from this company as it appears they just take your money and don’t ship anything! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau I found out afterwards, my mistake! Please don’t make the same mistake and order from this place! They will just rip you off!!!

They shouldn't be allowed to use the Name AMERICAN Legend Rider. Their website states next day shipping. Not even close. Still haven't received our order and they state that couldn't cancel the order. I can't wrap my head around this stupidity. Do not buy anything from this company.
