Hi, 40% of our products are from our warehouse in China and 60% is in our warehouse here in the US. There is a system glitch in creating a ticket number on your order. If we will resend both items, it may take until the end of April for it to arrive, would you be willing to wait to have the order reprocessed today? Hi Christine, This rebuttal might be very late considering the time of when this report was filed. We apologize for any inconvenience. We have just started working on our ORM (Online Reputation Management) and we are looking into all the reports filed on third party websites. We are working to have 100% Customer Service and our entire team is doing our best to answer all questions. If you have any issues regarding our products and services, it is best to properly send them to the correct channel which is [email protected]. We have made necessary actions to most our customer's complaints like reprocessing order, sending free gifts, and refunding when necessary. We have our website and terms of service to consider. We could have assisted you better in our email support. What we usually do with sizing concern is you send us an image as proof and we will resend you the same item with the correct size at no additional cost. You can also keep the affected item, no need to return it to us. We just want transparency with your concern, that is why we need to ask for a photo as proof.
