I have ordered set black tie, bow tie for my fiancé in same order than leg bags and leg bags arrived and the rest of parcel no. It took 2.5 weeks for the tie to arrive. They should mention the shipping is from China, would be helpful for consumer to make decision whether to buy or not on their website! I post back the bag to post office and they could not find the address they mention. I don't know if I will see my money back from the bag. I would not recommend American Legend Rider. Just because you save couple dollars and in exchange you got so much hassle work if you don't receive the parcel and/or return the item. I thought too it`s coming from USA but this is wrong!

1 star because zero was not allowed. This company takes your money, neglects to tell you that your item is being shipped from CHINA and will not arrive for a few MONTHS. But they refuse to stop marketing to you in every manner possible no matter how many times you tell them to stop and UNSUBSCRIBE. I regret dealing with these THIEVES. All of their responses to complaints are CANNED Responses that want you to screenshot something to them out of the public forum to hide the truth and remove the complaint. Look at their response. It is exactly as I said it would be. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

They ripped me off $135.00. They will somewhat appear to communicate with you through email and will get themselves off the hook by never understanding you no matter how clear you are .When I sent my items back because they sent me the wrong items it cost me $70.00 in shipping. They claim they never recieved it and said for me to send my postal service receipts with tracking numbers, so I sent them. They kept asking me for the postal receipts and I kept sending them. They kept saying we are sorry what problem do you have, let us help you. ........i finally gave up. Just know because the name American Legend Rider does not mean this stuff is coming from America. It is coming from China. Once they screw you there is really nothing you can do.

I purchased a set of the Daisy C5 Polarized Glasses recently and have to report I have had an experience that will not be generating repeat business. I received the glasses intact in the mail, although a little late. Quick look over and appear to be okay for such a cheap product. Within wearing them a few times they have broken in the same place in the lower section of the lens frame. On closer inspection the actual material that the lens frame had been manufactured from was crumbling and looked glazed internally. Very poorly produced item. In trying to deal with this matter with American Legend Rider their response was you received them in good condition and didn't report them damaged within 2 days then we wont offer warranty on the product. I have sent photos supporting my issue and still to date not received a reasonable response to my issue. I will not go any where near this company again and suggest neither should you as they will not get a company that stands by the product they sell. This is from your policy on the web 3. For quality issues: All of the products listed on our site are 100% new and in great condition. In rare cases wherein quality problems arise, please request for re-processing and re-shipping. This will require you to send us images of the damaged item within 2 days after receipt. We will no longer entertain replacement requests beyond the allocated 2 days. Response 25/09/2018 I believe that implied warranty is law in your country and the above doesn't release you from that obligation. The product that I received was not fit for purpose as they only lasted a few days wear before breaking in the same position on both sides. If you wish I can get a chemical analysis done by a credited group to back up my position. The best I can make from your implied warranty is that as soon as it leaves the factory, of which you probably have no personnel onsite to check quality control before leaving the factory and solely rely on the factories definition of goods is as far as you are prepared to warrant the goods. If there is a quality issue which there clearly is then it is up to you to follow up with your supplier to get the goods replaced. Just because I received the goods in 1 piece doesn't mean they are beyond implied warranty. Your offer of 30% of the next purchase is not my idea of warranty. I just want the product I purchased in good faith to be replaced.

Shipping takes at least two weeks which they don't tell you about up front. The product came and it was cheap plastic "leather". They refused to refund or exchange because it had been more than two days! Lastly - there is no place to leave an actual review on their website, so all of the 5 star reviews that you see are either bogus or only half the story because they block all the poor reviews. Terrible product and an even worse company! Here was the Customer service reps reply: "We will no longer entertain replacement requests beyond the allocated 2 days. I just bought a pair of the gold colored circular sunglass and I am highly disappointed. They look nothing like the picture the company displays online. The lense dont even close like they are supposed to. You can tell the metal is cheap. I will be emailing the company to fix this but apparently from what I have read so far it wont do me any good.

I should have looked at the reviews before making a purchase with this company. I thought I was buying from an American company, the name is very deceiving. The item I purchased did not fit, and they want me to return it to China at my own cost, which will probably be more than the cost of the jacket! They will then replace it - well, they didn't have any larger sizes so now what??? If I keep the jacket, they will give me 30% off my next purchase??? First of all, I never plan on buying anything from this company again, and secondly, I'm losing 70% on something I can never wear?? I will make sure to tell everyone I know that this company is a scam and ripoff.
