"Leather" is cheap, flimsy and will offer no protection at all unless your sole intent is to be seen looking emo in the corner of your favorite goth club. Boots I ordered broke (zipper) within two weeks of absolutely gentle break in. Customer service is pathetic... sorry guys but a voicemail box is not "24/7 support". Also, if you so much as PEEK at an Instagram ad of theirs, let alone buy a product, prepare for a virtual butt raping spam campaign. If you want an example of a REAL American boutique that actually genuinely cares about the happiness and safety of their clientele, I highly, highly recommend Union Garage in Brooklyn, NY. Doesn't matter where you are, their website is brilliant and they will deliver. You will find nothing but the highest quality, SAFEST, MOST PROTECTIVE gear from true craftsmen from germany, Italy and of course the God Damn United States of America, which is where my motorcycle was made. People like them deserve your business.

Horrible experience. They told me my order was delayed because they were out of stock on the black leather leg bag (which is is still on their website). Ordered it in November and it’s January and still nothing. Their 24/7 service doesn’t exist and their phone number is unreachable! I received an email about a month ago from someone at the company who said it would be sent and then never heard anything more. Poorest service! Don’t shop here! Cindy

I do not recommend this company. I bought the lacey leather pants in an XS and twice they sent me pant 2 sizes too large. They are terrible. Plus it took me from October 2018 until January 2019 to receive the pants only two get them in the wrong size! Horrible company and I will let everyone know!

Ordered the black leather pants. The quality was extremely cheap. The sizing is off. It took For ever to receive even after I paid rush shipping. The customer service is horrible and did not respond to the incorrect size and the amount of time it took to receive the item. I would not recommend this company to anyone

BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order with this website. They said product would be received in 7-21 days. 24 days later, the tracking still shows the order is PROCESSING and has not even shipped out of China. Emailed company, no response. Will have to start a claim with PayPal to try to rectify this. Don't waste your money on this site! You've been warned.

Losing any respect for this company fast. Been trying since 12/26 to get through to their "24/7 support" for exchange info on my hub's helmet. Left messages and 2 emails (that are answered in 48hrs) uhh ok!! Not even an acknowledgement and since it took nearly 30 days to get here on express I'm probably out of time now. It's a dam shame would have gotten my self a lid to match.

Total scam.....DO NOT Order from this company. I ordered what I thought was gonna be a cool bracelet. Well, I never received it.Tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox. Just received boots I ordered..NOT leather, trim not even attached properly. Not even from America...writing on packaging from country that looks like China. VERY POOR quality...looking for how to return and rate on BBB...very disappointed! Haven't been rude yet...but there isn't any packaging instructions related to how to return like most companies include.
