I ordered 2 corsets and after receiving them I was really Disappointed .... the quality was not up to parr and the fit was really bad... and just to put Into perspective I am 5’5 at 130lbs .. when I returned them I never heard from the again... we went back n forth at first as to the proper process to do the return .... I returned the corsets in the week fallowing receiving them in the original packaging complete with all tags that were still attached and original pouter packaging as well ... it cost me almost as Much to return them as it was to purchase them only to lose what I spent in the long run.... I do NOT recommend this company at all ... no communication what so ever after getting the info I needed to do the return... as far as I’m Concerned that’s fraud... customer service was next to non existent.... do not order!!!

Ordered a pair of glasses and took forever to get to me. 5 weeks or more. Couldnt track it at all, and once i finally recieve my order its not even the right glasses. Tried to call the “24/7 customer support” and my call wont even go through. So now im stuck with some sh!tty glasses i dont even want and im out $40 with no hope of ever seeing it again. I ordered a helmet from this website. It still hasn’t came yet and it’s been a month!! Bad shipping and I can’t track my package so I don’t even know where my helmet is. I tried calling the customer service but they don’t answer. I’ve tried several times but no answer.

I ordered a pair of rider glasses from them with a promise of a shipping date to arrive before our trip. 18 days later the package arrives from China. No refund on poor product. They don't answer the phone even though the advertise 24 hour customer service. They don't even know how to treat customers with respect. I have sent multiple emails and they completely ignore them. And today I receive an email saying they miss me? I think this is a company that is probably someone sitting in their bathrobe at the kitchen table taking our money. I will continue bad mouthing any company that is run this poorly. Worthless in my opinion.

Leg bag I ordered was junk. I immediately emailed for a return auth but was refused, time after time after time. They kept wanting to send me a t-shirt when all I wanted was a refund. They promised to credit my account over and over again. Nothing but lies. After 3 months and about 40 contacts, I gave up and put the product in the goodwill bag. Never, ever, ever trust anything they say.

I have had a horrible experience with American Legend Riders. They WILL NOT return my phone calls. They have sent me items I did not order and charged my card multiple times. Save yourself the hassle and Don't order from this awful company!!!

I purchased a Premium Leather Jacket from this Company. Led to believe that it was an American business, boy, was I wrong! For one, there was NOTHING "premium" about the jacket. It was as thin as a flannel shirt. Not for a real motorcycle enthusiast. Came from China, and the size chart was totally wrong. Tried to call the 24/7 customer service phone number, ALWAYS went to voicemail. Finally, in frustration I left a message. No one EVER called me back. Left a negative review with their email account and wanted a refund. A "Marvin" got back with me, told me he was sorry for my experience and gave me an address to send jacket back to, (with the wrong zip code... hmmm). Sent it back to the address with the correct zip code that USPS said was correct. That was over a month ago! I reached out to "Marvin" several times since. Crickets! NO RESPONSE! Now I don't even have the jacket and am out $169.00 plus the $11.00 return fee. This is a sham of a Company! Also, as an aside... I have done some research on this review page, for every negative review they get a lot of positive ones pop up to bury the real/truthful ones. Again, I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 2 things one item the first took A month to get supposably I never got it I had ordered another item while waiting on first it never arrived they told me to get ahold of postmaster and file a claim which I tried after 3 hours on phone they hung up on me still haven’t received anything highly disappointed sorry company don’t buy from them
