THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!You MUST tap at least 1 star or can’t leave a review but if I could I would give the 0 yes ZERO!! 1) There is absolutely NOTHING AMERICAN in this brand, they’re base is ASIA which takes me to #2 2) Money back guaranteed and exchanges no problem??? REALLY?? I bought a pair of boots using the table they provide for the sizes, they looked like baby boots and when I check..NO RETURN LABEL BUT GUES WHATS WORSE?? sure they may or may not refund the money but you have to send them first and they’re so freaking far that the cheapest S&H costs $98!! YES NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS!! THATS WHY THEY ADVERTISE THAT MONEY BACK GUARANTEED.. BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOBODY WILL PAY $100 to return $149 pair of boots!!! 3) Their customer service is horrible, if you call the phone number in the FB page IS NOT IN SERVICE!! and when they email you back they are as useless as a ghost!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!

They claim to be American but are a Chinese company. If you need to return something, it is at your cost to China. Beware! Massive scam at work. Learn from my mistake. I lost 200 bucks to this company when I purchased the wrong size boot and to exchange, the cheapest was 130 bucks back to China. Stay away from them! #

They sent me the wrong ring and won't end respond to me emails, I will never again purchase from this company, neither will anyone else in my biker community

Har købt 3 par øreringe i sort med hvidt dødningehoved på. Den sorte farve falder af allerede før jeg har haft dem på et døgn. Så kvaliteten er åbenbart helt i bund og synes ellers ikke de var helt billige.

If I could leave zero stars or less I would. I ordered stuff before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping and I still have not received it it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and they are still saying no records found of my order. every time I have called it goes immediately to a voicemail and nobody returns the call. I have emailed and got a response saying they would check on my order and send me a tracking number as soon as possible. I have been trying to cancel my order but there is no way I have to do so. Very unprofessional will NOT buy from them again!!!

I ordered some heated gloves. Paid for them right away through PayPal. After waiting 5 days, I finally get a tracking #. After 8 days the tracking # still showed it hadn't been shipped. I contacted "support" to see if there was a mistake. They told me it would take up to 15 days. I waited the 15 days. Tracking # still showed it hadn't been shipped. It's now been 21 days since the shipping label was created and it still hasn't been shipped, and of course no one from "support" will answer. This is a guy or group of guys that know how to build a web page, the place items on their page at a marked up price and order the stuff from China, and drop ship it to you. I ordered from them cause it said they were an American based company and I didn't want to wait 2 months for it to come from China. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Go to a reputable site or order it from wish or other Chinese companies.

Their service is terrible, I offered to pay restocking of 15% on a return shirt that don’t fit and they still won’t send the address I need to ship to !!
