I had recently purchased a leg strap holster bag after seeing many posts on social media. Was fairly priced and shipped fast. Now after wearing for about a month the bottom strap sewing failed I immediately contacted the company with my grievance and pictures to back it up and within minutes I heard back offering nothing but support to help resolve this issue customer service was tops best I have seen and heard no run around even a formal apology on behalf of their products that they swear by in testing

The headgear were gifts for my son in law and daughter. For when they ride. They only got to wear them once so far. As we live in ohio, and the weather has not been permitting. But they can't wait till spring. My son in law is most fond of the orange one, he is a big Browns football fan.
