Don’t waste your money if you have to make a return they make you ship it back at your expense I purchased a camera that was not as advertised and they wanted me send it back on my dime. Item was on sale for $104 and it would have cost $147 to ship back to China needless to say I kept it and stuck with it now.

Chinese hack company. Cheap goods not well built.

Im dealing with same issue i ordered a 60 dollar harley shirt and a motorcycle light kit a month ago. Still not received it.. If i new it was comming from china i would not have ordered it here....sucks

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Ordered only 1 item to check out the newly discovered company and see how they were. From the look of their catalog they appear to have some nice items. But sadly my order made 2 months ago still hasn't arrived, their stuff comes from China so they are using the virus as the excuse now even though my order was made before the outbreak here. And the tracking information they provided doesn't show any activity past pre-shipment back in February. So I would definitely buy with caution. I doubt I will ever use them again nor will I recommend them. And now they won't refund me claiming my item must be in quarantine, it's not the tracking doesn't even showed ir leaving China, so they are pushing me off hoping I'll forget about a refund.......

We ordered 2 items from company, it's been a month since ordering, when calling customer service goes strait to voice mail, they DO NOT return calls, NO RESPONSE by email. DO NOT ORDER from these people SCAM SCAM Danny Greene

3 fricking months and still haven't got my order.

Total SCAM. This head gear is made by Zan Headgear and can be bought for $8.66 on AMAZON. It took a month and several emails to get a response. Then when I told them it finally arrived they wanted me to leave a 5 star review and thanked me for my 5 star review more than once! This company is a sham. They're simply reselling items at a huge mark up. They dont even bother to rebrand it. Only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because its lowest rating offered. They deserve NO STARS.

I can't get a f'ing answer as to where my product is. I have emailed support SEVERAL times to no avail. I got ONE answer with tracking info in Mandarin!! Still no product. Doubt I will purchase from them again. AMAZON!!!
