DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE FAKE ASS REVIEWS....GO LOOK AT THE BBB. THESE ARE FAKE AND PROBABLY DONE BY THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. I ORDERED LIGHTS ON THE 4TH WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING - HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED. I CALL AND NO ANSWER - TRY TO CALL THEM BEFORE YOU ORDER AND SEE. THEY SEND GENERIC EMAILS IN RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAILS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME. THESE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMENTS ARE BULL - CALL THEM 800-913-6603. YOU WILL NOT GET AN ANSWER TRUST.

I need the right size and i will send back the small one

Terrible experience. Customer service is non existent. The 24 hour phone line is an answering machine. Returned the item that was not anything like described on the website. Sent proof of return. These clowns want to issue a partial tefund. Once they get your money, good luck getting it back.

Have only given this because I have to, awful load of crap and they are a Chinese company pretending to be American. Do not buy off them save you money as products are junk. You have been warned!!!!!

This has not been a good experience. It took way too long to get my order and customer support is non-existent. I've written three times and have received not a whisper of a response. They do though continue to send me ads. Update. Finally got enough of a response to get the product sent back. I was assured my return of the purchase price would be personally handled and promptly returned. That didn't happen. A week after they received the returned product I contacted them and received the usual sorry, sorry, sorry. They then processed my refund. Seems they tried really hard to do everything wrong.

Business is in China. There is nothing American about American Legend Rider. I do my best to buy from companies in the United States. I paid the extra for expedited shipping thinking it was coming from the U.S. It was not. Currently 11 days in and my order is sitting in a shipping center in China. There was no purpose in paying the extra shipping fee as it will take the exact same amount of time. I was duped to think this was an American Company and that when you pay for expedited you get your products faster.

I recently purchased a womens vest and it wasnt true to size. I cant get anyone to answer at Customer Service and no one has responded to email. All I want is to return the vest and be refunded.

I bought a legbag, and payed for it. I never recived it. I made a complain to the company. They told me to find it myself in the postals. I could not find it anywhere. Bad service and till no legbag. L B Rasmussen Bagenkopvej 1a 5932 Humble Denmark
