It is quite obvious the multiple star ratings are fake. Customer service is a joke, as others have stated, they don’t even bother to respond, therefore no refund. The merchandise is cheap crap. I learned the hard way. Don’t waste your time and most certainly don’t waste your money, seriously, don’t do it.

Didn't get the items I ordered, nor money back! I wouldn't recommend dealing with this enterprise to anyone!

American Legend motorcycle gear. I would not recommend buying from this company. When you need to return something they will blow you off and never return a message. Their customer service in this case is the worst. Shop Revzilla and avoid this company.

I purchased a lock for my bike. It was broken when I received it. I have contacted them numerous times and they will not even reply.

Scam all the way. Placed order they sent a fake tracking number. sent an inquiry text, got some generic letter not even addressing the issue.asked for a refund got nothing back . referred the complaint to PayPal.

my order took for ever to arrive , it was the wrong size. Emailed them , they said to return it and they'd resize for me . So I sent it back , for resizing . That was the last I've seen of it .Have sent several emails have had no reply . But they keep asking me to give product reviews , a little hard when I have NO PRUDUCT.

100% scammers! NOT A LEGIT business. I ordered a few hundred dollars of merchandise. They purposefully sent it to a non-existent address. It was returned back to them. I emailed, tried to call (no phone number for scam business) and contacted "support" over THIRTY FIVE times to get my merchandise. They did not respond other than to edit out my response in each email string. Total scammers, DO NOT BUY from these guys. I've reported them toBBB and consumer protection.

I received my package and it looked like it had been opened and taped back shut and my vest had all the tags off the vest and laying in the box looked like the vest was used and didn’t fit, tried multiple times to contact the company to get the issue fixed and have had zero response to fix my issue. I am very unsatisfied with the product and the customer service.
