Also, the entire staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in answering any questions concerning investments and the account setup process.

I was very happy with the whole experience! I worked with Arthur who was always friendly and helpful. I don't have a lot of experience in purchasing gold. I contacted a lot of other companies. Most of them were not interested in answering questions (and I had several) they just wanted to know what I was looking to purchase.
