American Home Protect LLCReviews of americanhomeprotectllc.com

I have been trying for over 2 months to get some bushes trimmed and can't get anyone to come out here. Has not helped me.

Misleading coverage, salesmen are sharks, actual coverage is laughable. 1000 for appliances! Techs they approve to do their work are crooks too

Very broken communication system. Customer service is horrible. Very bad network of repair groups.

they don't care everything about my house i called them 2 years ago but still now nobody coming in my house please let them know we're paying but nobody can help us please 🙏

Too expensive. Hidden costs. I canceled and still haven't received my money back as promised. I may have to contact the BBB.

My account is as charged several times before the date I was given and I made a claim for someone to look at my hot water heater last week and no one has shown up yet!

We are a 36 year old Appliance Repair company in the Scottsdale AZ market. We have completed service calls for American Home Protect and they have not paid our invoices. As a small business, we do work for these companies in good faith. They finally paid the invoice, but did not pay the late fee that should have been paid since they were 6 months or longer past due. I would not recommend doing business with them in a vendor capacity

SCAM company sends fake notices that fill my mailbox about a lapsed warranty that does not exist. Read there better business review and ratings. Complete predatory scam sending out snail mail phishing scam letters.
