I was the phone for almost an hour. One issue is in claim process. My question about our water heater had me being shuffed to different agents and a hold time of more than 49 minutes. I am waiting on a call back for the water heater question.

Called on two items Tuesday. Water heater and dishwasher. Today is Friday and still have not gotten either one fixed. Could have saved the money and gotten both repaired by now.
