The review I wrote stating they were a scam and stole my $3,113.86 and said they didn’t have an order for this person. I do not have a Facebook so I used my husbands google account. That’s why it’s in his name. But these people know who I am and know what they did. My husband called them dozen of times as well. My name is Shirley Martin. My order number is AHM-6274. If you say You don’t have an order you are liars. Respond to this review. They cashed my check and ran!!!! Lied and stalled for weeks. These people are scammers. Do some more searches deeper than the first page of google and you will find out for yourself. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

This is scam. They provide opportunity to save 5% by sending in check. Once they have the money, they make empty promises on sending the merchandise and only have 1 person answering the phone. Their office is just a PO BOx. Buyer beware. I am down $2300 and have yet to get money or my gold. Looking for advise on how to Recoup. Opened case with BBB #712799 but will be contacting my attorney now as appears this has happened to many and they continue to operate...disgusted with the better business bureau and even more disappointed I had not paid 5% with a credit card and had that insurance. I ordered and payed for 2 gold coins from American Heritage Mint and Bullion. The coins never arrived and they did not give back the money neither. They did not give any information about this, did not answer to the emails, and by phone they always put me on hold. Please be very careful with this company, I lost 3300 USD. I opened a case about this at Better Business Bureau (BBB Complaint Case# 689012). American Heritage Bullion did not answer them. BBB informed me that this was not the first case.
