Dear Fabrizio, We take all feedback seriously and provide full support to ensure a transparent and professional experience for all our clients. However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your claims about our services. First, your allegations are entirely inaccurate. We are a private company that provides value-added services to assist with the U.S. Green Card Lottery application process. We do not represent ourselves as an embassy, nor do we promise anyone a Green Card. Our services are clearly outlined on our website, and we always make it clear that we are not affiliated with the U.S. government. Furthermore, our agents operate with the highest level of reliability, professionalism, and transparency. We guide our clients through every step of the process, ensuring they are fully informed about the costs and details of our services. We encourage you to reach out to our support team at [email protected] to clarify any misunderstandings. This review does not reflect the true nature of our services or the professionalism we uphold. First, we are a private company that provides value-added services to assist individuals with the U.S. Green Card Lottery application process. As we clearly state on our website, we are not affiliated with the U.S. government, and our services are optional for those seeking professional help. Our services go beyond the basic application, including personalized support, photo reviews, and application analysis to help ensure everything is submitted accurately. is part of a package we offer that includes comprehensive services for clients who choose to work with us for the entire process, but there is no obligation to purchase any service from us. We also provide all clients with time to consider their decision.
