This financial institute is a ripoff. Yes they do help you but they don't tell you everything you need to know when taking a loan or paying for something. Not too long ago I pay for something at a retail store. The bad thing that they never told me that if I don't pay it on certain months the price of that is going to go up. I ending a pain almost $2,000 for the price of $1,000,300. ,300 it was a nightmare. I tried to do it again like me. I don't know why when I pay everything on time. These guys also do not report everything to the three credit bureates so I do not recommend them. Do not do business with them. They will take your money and they will add up more stuff on the loan

I am not sure, I ended things positive with American first, paid everything off early, thinking that would be helpful for the future. And it turns out not the case. They blow.

I would not do business with this company. The people I dealt with did me wrong on closing Gina from day one her manager Matthew couldn’t get his lies straight either. It ended up with me having to be locked out of my checking account I closed over three weeks ago and Im a disabled veteran. I’m bedridden and I can’t get nobody to help me to get my checking account unlocked because of what they did about paying a lien off. to they took funds out of my the VA cash out money they paid a lien off and paid and didn’t even tell me I had told them about this initially Gina replied, do not worry about it unless I talk to you about it. Well this is what they do so they could push the loan through. They went ahead and paid it out of my cash out money I wouldn’t do business with this company. I don’t know if I’m not supposed to use names and I don’t know if the whole companies is like that with the two people I named really need to be terminated. My name is George Lockwood just in case if any of the people at the company wants to call me about this matter because I am pursuing other matters. My number is easily gotten from the two people that I’ve mentioned. The best thing it would happen. Is that somebody only higher around above these two people would contact me. I don’t care if this even gets posted if I could talk to somebody above them and tell them exactly what happened. I am pursuing other means.

Extremely high interest rates. Horrible customer service. Nothing good to say.

Absolutely absurd that I was approved, then notice my debit card number was an old card but account is the same and the only option customer service had was to cancel my application to fix the problem. I the reapplied as instructed from customer service the denied. Always made every payment on time and paid each account off! The company has literally sent me daily emails of pre approvals, now that I need the program ends upa denied🙄 SO MISS LEADING!

Horrible experience. Almost 7000 payback on 2300 dollars. Couldn't go in a request just a small loan. Owned by Finwise which owns Rea ch Financial and National Debt Relief! #Avoid

Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company it’s an complete ripoff and the people on here that’s saying it was a wonderful experience must work there or spouses with someone that works there I got a loan for a certain amount wasn’t late on payments none of the sort and they still charge a extra 600.00 dollars I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy I gave a one star because they’re isn’t a 0 star actually I’m taking them to court this is not a good loan company unless you like dealing with loan sharks

I would not recommend AFF due to the step interest rates, if you take out a loan with this company be prepared to have your overall balance increase while still making payments. Be aware your credit will be impacted if you only make monthly payments!
