American Executive CentersReviews of americanexecutivecenters.com

If you are looking for a team that can handle your needs (both expected and unexpected), you may have just found them! We have been very pleased with their service but most of all their attitude and willingness to make things work. The array of services they offer is guaranteed to have something you need at a price you can afford. I recommend them highly.

AEC can be as much or as little as you need. Our mortgage company was a start-up in 1991 when we first moved into American Executive Centers in King of Prussia. Initially our requirements and budget were very modest. As our needs have changed over the years AEC has been right there to accommodate us. The best thing about AEC is their commitment to excellence. It all starts with Gwen (the "Navy Seal of Office Managers") and filters down through everyone in the organization. Her entire team is dedicated to ensuring that every client's needs are addressed professionally and promptly. Whether it's setting up for a big meeting or simply sending a package, AEC handles every issue calmly and courteously. After 23 years of consistent excellent service I have total confidence that my clients' visits and calls with be handled perfectly, and that's a great feeling!

I have been at AEC since 1997. Currently I use the Virtual Office program. From 1997 until 2011 I was a tentant at the KOP Office. My experience with the KOP Staff has been exceptional. Whatever I needed they were always able to accomodate me.

I have been a tenant of AEC for over 5 years and can honestly say it was one of the best business decisions I have made. Here's why - Competent and efficient staff. The folks are amazing. Often times, their operational suggestions complimented or even trumped our strategy. - Management was a key consideration. Gwen and her team are top notch. - A la carte business support who gets it right the first time. - Most if not all decisions can be made locally and in real time. No corporate mandates (one size fits all) or delays in execution. - They focus on you as a person along with your business, adding the human touch to an executive function. - Flexibility and affordability mattered, especially in a start-up. AEC has worked with us in every way from day one. - All financial components are discussed up front and transparent. No hidden fees, back end charges or unwanted surprises. - An atmosphere that literally smells, looks, and feels like success. - Last but not least, a fun and festive environment. They make every effort to provide their work-a-holic tenants a taste of the seasonal festivities, props and all. The staff and experience at AEC have proven their value to my business, earned my respect and loyalty, and HAS a profound impact on the success of my business. I do and will continue to recommend this outfit to all. Kelvin - CEO at LeadsBIXample

The company I work for has space with American Executive Centers in King of Prussia. I enjoy my office and the support staff around me. But more importantly, I appreciate the gesture that was made to me when the staff found out I was gluten intolerant. Every Wednesday, American Executive Centers has bagels and donuts in the morning. However, being gluten intolerant I cannot eat those things. I would never say anything, as we GF (gluten free) people are always the minority and typically GF items are much more expensive. Gwen, the center manager, stopped by my office a couple of days after I moved in and struck up conversation. She was wondering how everything was going, asked if I was enjoying my new job and other things trying to get to know me. I guess she asked if I knew they provided bagels and donuts on Wednesdays and I said yes, but that I was GF. She knew exactly what I was talking about as her daughter is too. We talked a little more about it and that was it…until the following Wednesday! Gwen came into my office and asked if I wanted an “everything” bagel or cinnamon raisin. I reminded her I was GF…she said she remembered but that these bagels were GF!!! She had contacted her supplier and asked if they offered GF items…yes they did. Since then there are always a couple GF bagels for me to choose from. To me, this went beyond customer service. It is this kind of attitude that keeps customers and gets customers as well as referrals. In this day and age of computers, cell phones and texting…reaching out to make difference goes a long way.

We selected American Executive Centers over two other offices we visited for several reasons. Our initial tour of the office was very professionally handled. We were given a thorough tour of the office and met key staff. Gwen Donnon listened to our requirements and came up with a solution that met our budget and needs. It was this willingness to be flexible that distinguished Gwen and American Executive Centers from the competition. Since moving in the staff has been extremely attentive to our needs. I would not consider another Executive Suite as American Executive Centers provides the best value and service.

My partner and I left a financial services firm in the summer to start our own firm. We had heard about AEC by word of mouth. It turned out to be the perfect solution for us. Since we are starting a new venture, we didn’t want to have to sign a long term lease nor buy furniture and a lot of office equipment. This gives us the chance to build our business while avoiding a huge overhead cost. We also have great access to business support employees who can help us with some of our administrative needs. We are looking forward to possibly using their services more as time goes forward. We haven’t been here very long, but we like being here so far. We don’t have any suggestions for improvement and are happy.

You will expect that expression from your client when welcoming them to your AEC center at Radnor! It is like walking on wall street. The environment is awesome! Front desk greets you with your name with a warm smile, even you just moved in yesterday! Making board room reservation is just a phone call away. Mail service is prompt and courteous. Philadelphia sports club is just in walking distance... I love my Radnor office!
