Feels like we were taken advantage of!
A little over a year ago, I was actively working with your company on our website. By July, we faced yet another request for funds, having already spent over $10,000 CAD in just a six-month period. I never found proof online that Google demanded this last request. With additional costs continuously arising, there was no end in sight. As a non-profit organization with a strictly limited budget, this situation became unsustainable. In August, recognizing that we were likely being taken advantage of, I took steps to secure our digital assets and had a local Canadian developer replicate and migrate our website. Because we had prepaid for services intended to cover the next 5 to 10 years, I requested a partial reimbursement. Since October, I have received only a handful of vague calls stating the matter was being "looked into" and eventually confirming that a refund had been approved. Finally, in February, I was told: "We are in the middle of an audit and cannot release your funds for 60 days." That 60-day window has long since passed, nothing has been received, and my attempts to follow up with my last point of contact have been ignored. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I am prepared to post detailed public reviews across multiple platforms and report this experience to the appropriate consumer protection bureaus. I can be traced through this invoice number: # 100196629 in the name of Family Resource Center I also tried to send an email which was returned as potential scam
