Updated Review: Unfortunately, my experience with American Design Network continues to worsen. After my original concerns regarding my abandoned trademark application due to missed deadlines, I have still not received any meaningful response or resolution. My calls and text messages continue to go unanswered, despite multiple attempts to communicate. In addition, the website services I paid for remain incomplete, and no refund has been issued for the unresolved work. At this point, the biggest issue has been the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes can happen, but ignoring clients and failing to address paid services is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to proceed with caution, document everything in writing, and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are clearly confirmed.

Everything went wrong. Company says they use local developers but then outsourced everything to India. Got 80% complete and they stopped responding for 2 months. They also run a shell game. Quote a price, start work then find something that 'required additional functionality' and more funds required. This went on for 8 months on a job that was supposed to be completed within 3 months!!!! On Month 9 sent them a DEMAND LETTER a full refund --- PER THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in the contract. Their response -- NO we won't do that.

If I could give them less than one star! I would definitely give them less than one star. They’ve done several so-called logos for me and each one of them could not be changed or addressed because they use not only AI but also used ones that were off the Internet, not only did. I have a horrible experience and poor logos, the logos looked decent on paper or when they sent it to me via email, but when you printed on shirts, it looked horrible! Also, I paid for several of them meeting logos to make, and it’s taken over two months now and they just disappear and they don’t return my messages until I post a negative review, I’ve asked them to fix the Logo several times they said they can’t fix it because there’s no access to be able to fix it meaning no layers again you can’t fix something that AI has done. I’ve reached out to Ignasious Victor many times and he continues to tell me that he’ll send me the logos two months later. I still haven’t received them! I’m messaging him. He’s not responding then he tells me he was out for a week and a half and can I take the bad reviews down and he’ll send me the logos. I told him I paid him for the logos and he was yet to send me them and I’m not taking the reviews down! I like people to know that this is a horrible company to work with, and I would stay definitely clear away from this company! If you want real quality work, you need to contact Amanda. She has taken over this with another company and has done amazing work for me! amanda petros And this is a real true customer.

I had a couple of interactions with at least their telemarketing group. There needs to be some accountability with them and who they use to try to solicit. I have had 3 different calls and everyone I have informed the people calling I don't want their services and I'm already on the do not call list since 2003. Also add me to the do not call list you have. Three different calls over a week and a half and they still want to argue with me when I tell them to stop calling. If your marketing is like this I don't want your services, because you don't care what the potential customer literally tells your people.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from American Design Network. Over the past eight months, I was repeatedly misled with false promises and lack of communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, my calls were ignored, and when I did manage to get through, I was reassured that my project and refund were being handled—only to be left waiting with no progress. What’s most concerning is the complete lack of transparency. I was never informed about their refund policy until much too late, and I was strung along with vague assurances, leading to months of wasted time and energy. Even after months of patience, I was shocked to be told I was not eligible for a refund, despite being repeatedly assured the situation was being worked on. Additionally, I received unprofessional treatment when Jennifer, the person handling my case, refused to take my calls until I used a different phone number. This lack of respect and accountability is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have lost all trust in ADN and would strongly caution anyone considering their services. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through has been a major disappointment, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
