This is the second time now that I have…
This is the second time now that I have specifically ordered a "Luxury SUV" and a Sedan has arrived. The driver knew right away that it was wrong, based on the amount of luggage we had. In a previous limo ride we had, I complained that our driver and his car were horrible, and no one offered to do anything about it. I've been using this company for almost ten years.

Car smelled like gas. Horrible drive home. Driver could not drive straight.
