I had the pleasure of opening an account with American Bullion. Customer service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, offering valuable advice as to alternatives with my investment. I spent quite some time in discussions with them and am extremely confident that I found the best bullion representative for guidance, trust and performing any future metals transactions.

Of course. I very anxious about selling my bullion, but all my anxiety was alleviated through the excellent guidance of the operations department. They walked me through every aspect of the selling process. Thank you so very much.

Everyone I spoke with at American Bullion has been knowledgeable and patient in helping to address all my questions and concerns. Especially Esther, who practically did all the paperwork herself in helping me establish my first ever IRS RMD transaction for the 2018 tax year. Also, she was exemplary in explaining to me, along the way, everything I needed to know for my future reference; for instance, she taught me all about In-Kind IRA Distribution, Joint-Life Expectancy, Purchase and Sell-back process, etc. I am very fortunate to have worked with her. Thanks again to Esther and the entire staff at American Bullion. Highly Recommend.

I honestly didn't know what to expect from this company as I was handling a situation for my father. All you need to know is that the customer service of this organization goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you are taken care of! The follow up is unlike any company I have dealt with and the genuine care for your situation is a breath of fresh air. If you need to work with a company like this, American Bullion is FIVE STARS!!!

Everyone that has helped me at American Bullion has been very knowledgeable and patient in explaining my needs. Esther Alarcon has been the exception. She has gone above and beyond with my transactions. Her compassion, patience, and expertise have helped so much in getting through things that I didn't completely understand at first. She's exceptional and I'm very fortunate to be able to work with her.
