I've been struggling with other providers for over a week and have accomplished NOTHING in the attempt to establish my account and expedite the liquidation of my existing IRAs for quick transfer to American Bullion as a precious metals self-directed IRA. The performance of both reps was excellent but, as I spent more time working with Chelsey Jenkins on the details, I will speak primarily to her abilities. I am a retired commercial banker (Senior Credit Administrator - EVP), so I know how important customer reps are to an organization. Chelsey was the best customer rep I have EVER had the pleasure of interacting with in ANY business. She conducted the arrangements with all reps in my existing accounts... very quickly, accurately smoothly, and professionally (It was concluded In less than 10 minutes). She displayed surperb interpersonal communication abilities, mellow positive attitude and verbal smile that blended together like a very well oiled Swiss clock that never missed a tic. I am almost impossible to impress, but I must state again, without bias: Chelsey is absolutely The Best Customer Rep that I have ever experienced. If I wasn't a retired banker I would steal her away from American Bullion and make her my personal assistant ---- I think I'd have to steal Kirill as well. Tim

The process of rolling part of my IRA into precious metals was as efficient, timely and painless as it could have been given my inexperience and ignorance about investing in gold. I would have liked to better understand the details of how dollars are allocated to bullion by the ounce and the historical price trends for proof coins. I had to make some decisions quickly based on Kirill's recommendations, rather than my own understanding, but you can only do so much educating in a phone call. I would like to have seen more detailed explanations in the materials you sent prior to deciding on the allocations of the funds. Kirill,s explanations over the phone were as clear and crisp as possible in such a short conversation.
