I gave the rating a 4.0, although if I could I would rate them a 4.5. The overall team consisting of me, my project manager (Jenika) and her team, were pretty much cohesive and overall worked well together. Jenika did a good job at listing to my detailed instructions and making sure her team responded effectively. I would use ABS again if I needed a service like that.
