What you buy upfront is all you will get. If you buy a policy with the understanding that you can add riders, well, just know that at least one customer was not able to do so. Twice. I know what they say about 2nd time around, but I am ok with the results. The riders would have been nice, but I have had with this company makes me wonder if my children will encounter difficulty with a payout. Good thing their father is a lawyer who specialzes in wills and probates, but that implies I go first, lol
