I had an exceptional experience with Kevin, the account executive at American Alternative Assets, the gold and silver company. His expertise was evident as he effortlessly addressed all my questions and concerns, making the entire process remarkably simple and easy. The speed of delivery and unparalleled customer service truly amazed me. Kevin's patience and dedication went above and beyond, ensuring the security of my nest egg. I highly recommend Kevin for his outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way!

Working with Michael and Randy was a great experience. They are extremely knowledgable about precious metals and are interested in you as a person, not just a target. I would recommend them to anyone considering diversifying their assets.

I am very happy that I have found American Alternative Assets, I have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable with my finances, I have been working with Shanon and he has been there every step of the way and explains everything so I can understand and he keeps in contact with me frequently, I have also had the pleasure of speaking with other knowledgeable people in this process, I would definitely recommend this company.

What made my experience so good is the Mark and John were so good at explaining what was going to happen with my purchase and their customer service is beyond anything I expected. I'm so thankful for all their help and I feel secure in my decision to trust in their knowledge.

The time taken by the manager of the company; he explained (and reiterates!) things I want to be sure of. I also liked the long view he has in his dealings professionally.
